Growing up in South Florida, with periods of living in Canada, has given Chester Mulligan a taste of business life from both sides of the border. He has the blood of a Canadian, but the passion and pride of an American runs through his veins.

While in Canada, Chester Mulligan, and his wife, Kelly Mulligan, started a Steamatic Carpet Cleaning Franchise in the Niagara Region and expanded into air duct cleaning and fire and water restoration. This is where much learning took place for Chester Mulligan and Kelly.

In his quest for new ideas of expansion and diversity, Chester glanced across Burlington Bay to finally see what he had missed a hundred times before - the iron ore ships in Hamilton Harbor. The sight sparked a thought - ships have heat and air conditioning too! Chester F. Mulligan was the first person to ever clean the heating and air conditioning systems on seafaring vessels. Iron ore ships have black soot pasted to the walls of their air duct system causing respiratory problems for sailors. Chester landed the entire Great Lakes Seaway account and helped the overall health of many people.

Hearing this, Brouwer Bros. Steamatic in Chicago, Illinois offered Chester a job. This worked out perfectly since Chester had felt the call of God on his life to be a preacher and had wanted to go to College in Indiana for his training. Chester’s visionary leadership increased the sales at Steamatic from two million to four million in one year. Chester Mulligan then went on to become Pastor Chester Mulligan.
